Aarons Early Learning Resources is not liable for any parcels or items that go missing after delivery has been completed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive and safely store the package upon delivery.
If you do not receive your goods, please report the issue immediately upon delivery. We will take action to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.
All deliveries must be inspected upon arrival. Any missing items, damages or discrepancies should be reported immediately to aaronsearlylearningresources@gmail.com. Failure to notify us of issues upon delivery may result in claims being rejected.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, customers may file a claim within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be in resalable condition and include its original packaging.
Any manufacturing defects will be handled directly by the manufacturer. Aarons Early Learning Resources will assist in facilitating the process, but the responsibility for addressing defects rests with the manufacturer.
Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 7 days of receiving return approval. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be included with the return. Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling, storage or care are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Aarons Early Learning Resources reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our outlined return policies.
Items covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Customers may need to communicate directly with the manufacturer for warranty claims.
By placing an order with Aarons Early Learning Resources, customers agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
